About Sheree C. Thomas
Pastor Sheree Christina Thomas was born on February 14th, 1988, in Brooklyn, NY. She developed a deep passion for ministry from a young age, growing up in the church and finding her spiritual foundation at Mount Olive Church of God in Christ, under the leadership of the late Bishop Chesi Purvis and her grandmother, Bishop Dora McAllister.
During her time at Mount Olive, Minister Sheree served in various capacities, including the usher board, nurses unit, trustee board, administration, pastors aid, youth president, and music ministry. This is also where she began to preach and was licensed a Minister. Her dedication to serving others and spreading the message of God was evident in her willingness to take on any task.
In 2012, Minister Sheree joined The Power House Church under the leadership of Bishop Darryl L. Hill. For over a decade, she served as the executive assistant to Bishop Hill, providing invaluable support to the ministry. Her commitment and dedication to serving the church community and advancing the Kingdom of God have been exceptional.
Pastor Sheree also has a successful career in ministry finance, working with MMBB Financial Services. Through this role, she assists pastors and leaders worldwide with retirement plans and benefits, making a significant impact on the lives of those who serve in ministry.
March 2nd, 2025 Pastor Sheree received the mantle of her grandmother , Bishop Dora McAllister and accepted the call as the Lead Pastor of The Mount Olive Church in Brooklyn, NY. Returning to the place of her childhood to lead.
Pastor Sheree prioritizes spending quality time with her daughter, London, as well as her family and close friends. These relationships are important to her, and she understands the value of balancing personal and professional responsibilities.
